The Senior Team
Mark Wilson
Mark Wilson is the Technical Director at RSM Partners. Mark spends the majority of time working for many organisations, including IBM and its business partners, performing pre & post sales and technical consultancy.
Mark's IT career began over 25 years ago, when he joined GKN as an operator. By the mid-1980s he had advanced into a technical support role with Land Rover Parts. This was followed by a hectic five years as a Systems Engineer with Synapse Computer Services, where Mark was exposed to a vast range of products and varied technical environments.
A desire to develop his technical and project management skills drove Mark to set up as an independent consultant in 1994. Since this time Mark has enjoyed various positions both permanent and contract.
Mark has been involved in a number of major, mission-critical projects for financial services organisations, banks and utility companies. These have included security reviews, audits and security policy re-designs; core operating system migrations and upgrades.

Robin Halliwell
Robin Halliwell is an Account Manager for RSM Partners. Robin is mainly responsible for business development by building new client and vendor relationships and handling their resourcing requirements.
Robin's career began over 25 years ago at BT in their Data Communications division with many high profile projects for banks, utilities and government agencies. He then joined Olivetti business computer division and has since built up his IT knowledge from other companies including Bull and IBM. He has in more recent years gained mainframe experience having worked for several major IBM Business Partners selling System z and Flex based systems.
Robin is keen to offer all clients a fast and efficient service, using his experience gained in the Corporate marketplace.
Nick Davies
Nick Davies is the Finacial Director at RSM Partners. Aged 43, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. He has worked as a FD for a number of small PLC's before investing in his own business, which now include interests in Automotive Parts, IT, Marketing Consultancy and Commercial Vehicle Parts. Nick now acts as an Entrepreneur by continuing to assistance to a number of small start up businesses through their early stages of life. He is a proven business advisor and is a great asset to RSM Partners.
Staffan Tylen
Staffan Tylen is a Technical Consultant from Sweden with a systems programming and assembler/REXX language background. He started his first IT job in 1971 as a 1401 and S/360 computer operator, followed by JCL preparation, PL/I application programming, and systems programming (VS1, DOS, MVS, ... z/OS). He has worked as employee for several companies both inside and outside Sweden - in West Africa, the UK, and Switzerland. Staffan is multilingual and speaks several languages fluently.
Staffan is based in Spain where he has lived since 1995. He is an IBM PartnerWorld member with two registered products, PFA and PFT, and enjoys his own Flex-ES based z/OS environment. Staffan loves challenges and many times finds solutions using not only technical skills but through his own intuition.
Jonathan Briggs is a Technical Consultant specialising in System z Security. Prior to working with RSM Partners Jonathan worked at IBM for 16 years. He has systems programing expierence, but mainly focuses System z security. He has 20 years of experience in the IT industry and coupled with his IT Security experience, Jonathan also has distributed systems and system z security products, namely zSecure & Vanguard.

Roger Beese
Roger Beese is a Project Manager at RSM Partners. Roger is an experienced manager with a background in IT Services, Consultancy and Resourcing. He has a history of recruiting and managing staff on remote sites and motivating teams of highly skilled technicians. First class organisational and mentoring skills.Roger has a successful track record providing solutions to complex technical problems.
More recently Roger has used his Project Management expertise in many several engagements on a variety of projects including: Storage Management reviews, software and hardware implementations, deployement of a Role Based Access Control in a RACF environment and several ACF2 to RACF conversions.
