Arcati's annual seminar on mainframe pricing and contract negotiation takes place on 28th June 2010 at the Premier Inn Touchbase Centre, London Heathrow. As always, the principal speaker is Barry Graham, an internationally recognised authority on mainframe pricing issues. Working with Barry, users with as few as 600 MIPS and as much as 100,000 MIPS have signed contracts saving up to 30% of their expected spend.

DataKinetics and RSM Partners Announce Partnership Agreement

DataKinetics, a mainframe optimization and modernization company, today announced a reseller agreement with RSM Partners, a leading technical and IT consultancy service provider in the United Kingdom.

The agreement allows RSM Partners to provide DataKinetics' mainframe optimization product, tableBASE, to data centers in the UK market. For DataKinetics, the agreement provides an opportunity to expand their client base internationally, and more directly into the UK.

2009 UK GSE Annual Conference update

The annual GSE UK Conference "zOOM into the 6th Decade with GSE", held on 4 & 5 November, was a big success. Whittlebury Hall, in Northants, also proved to be an excellent new venue for both delegates and vendors alike.

The RSM Partners stand was busy and took a Formula 1 theme with the prize draw this year for a Single Seater Driving Experience at Silverstone. The lucky winner was Nikos Zarras from Barclays Bank.
