- Supported RACF, CICS, MQ, and DB2 on z/OS for Back Office system across all divisions, to meet SOX & GIS directives. Extensive use of Vanguard reporting
- Supported development of new/existing RACF role model groups to incorporate granularised RACF resources. Build, test & migration of users. Built administrator definitions within CICS RACF Toolkit
- Returned to support final stages of Project; including the removal of current generic profiles and documentation of new processes
