I utilised all of the above skills at MB over the last 10 years and redeveloped all of the development and project processes and procedures in the systems development department at MB.

At TUI I managed and planned the development work for the e-Tail project from initial planning of the development through to issue and risk logging and management and resolution of testing and implementation projects. This was a major J2EE development integrating with back end legacy systems. It also included the use of a separate content management system to management web-site content. I also had to integrate the work of and liaise with other 3rd party suppliers including the content management company, the web design company and Logica who were performing the MQSeries implementation.
