As our customers will attest, we provide a quick, responsive and pragmatic, ‘no nonsense’ service.

      RSM’s standard support contract provides telephone and email access, to our zSeries technical support specialists, who will provide remote software support services. This includes both IBM and 3rd party software products on the customer’s System z processor. Among other things, this support covers: call logging / passing; incident / problem analysis; and workaround provision to get business back on their feet quickly while permanent fixes are being sought.

      Depending on the client’s specific support requirements, RSM provides support via tiered levels of delivery: via telephone; remote access via VPN; and provision of an emergency on-site presence.



    • Responding to customer business requirements, RSM is able to readily configure its physical and manpower resources so as to provide a broad range of z infrastructure function outsource options.
